Hourly to Salary Calculator

Calculate what your hourly pay equates to in terms of an annual salary. Quickly calculate a breakdown of your hourly, daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, pay or salary and time worked.

Hourly to Salary

To determine your annual salary from your hourly wage multiply it by the number of paid hours you work per week and then by the number of paid weeks you work per year.

The formula for calculating annual salary from hourly pay is: Yearly salary = hourly wage x hours per week x work weeks per year.

Using this formula, you can calculate annual incomes from a basic hourly pay rate. However, it's important to note that these figures are pre-tax.

For instance, a standard work week for a full time employee is around 40 hours. If you take two weeks of unpaid leave per year, your number of work weeks will be 50, rather than 52.

As an example, if you make $15 per hour and are paid for working 40 hours per week for 50 weeks per year, your pre-tax annual salary will be $15 x 40 hrs x 50 weeks = $30,000.
